All Reinhart Carbon products come with 6 months warranty from the day the item delivered. Lifetime warranty available at extra cost:

Warranty conditions:

• Claim must be submitted within 6 months of receipt of item/s (For standard warranty).
• Item/s must be fitted correctly to your vehicle by Reinhart fitting partner.
• Warranty is not transferable and bound to the original purchaser of the item.

Warranty Exclusions:

• Issues or damage caused by improper installation, negligence, accidents, an unfit operational environment, modifications, tampering, or other causes are not covered. Reinhart reserves the right to make rulings on the aforementioned situations.
• Product damage or changes in appearance resulting from external factors or unforeseen events are not covered.
• Items that have been altered or modified are not eligible.
• Reinhart shall not be responsible for shipping charges for returns or replacements.

Warranty Returns:
Customers will require to inform us via email (sales@reinhart-tuning.com) containing receipt / order number and photos detailing the issue. No items shall be returned without prior written authorisation from Reinhart. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, we will offer you a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue you a refund.
